Following the debut of the Galaxy S23 series earlier this month, Samsung is gearing up to launch new smartphones in the mid-range Galaxy A series with the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34. The Samsung Galaxy A54 has been spotted on China’s TENAA certification website, offering curious Samsung enthusiasts a peek at the smartphone’s specs.

Samsung Galaxy A54: Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A54 was seen on the TENAA certification site bearing model number SM-A5400. According to the listing, the upcoming smartphone will be powered by a 4,905mAh battery. Additionally, the A54 will sport a triple camera setup at the rear and a selfie camera at the front. The device will also include support for 5G.

While the listing offers limited information about the Galaxy A54, there has been no dearth of rumors surrounding the smartphone. According to a WinFuture report, the device will feature an Exynos 1380 processor paired with an ARM Mali-G68 GPU. It will be accompanied by 8GB RAM and 128/256GB internal storage.

As far as its the imaging capabilities are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy A54 will reportedly sport a triple camera setup. At the rear, it will feature a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro lens. It will also include a 32MP selfie camera at the front.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 will likely feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen. The display will have a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Additionally, the smartphone could feature a dual-SIM card slot. The device is expected to support 5G, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC. It is rumored that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy A54 5G in India next month. Following the launch, the handset is expected to go on sale by late March 2023. According to few reports, the A54 might sell ₹35,000 onwards in India. The smartphone might come in 4 colorways – Awesome White, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Lime, and Awesome Violet.
