iQOO’s newest Z-series smartphone, the iQOO Z7 5G, is all set to debut in India on March 21. Ahead of the launch, iQOO India CEO Nippun Marya has revealed that the iQOO Z7 will cost under ₹20,000 in the country.
In a recent interview, Marya stated that the iQOO Z7 features a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC and has an AnTuTu score of 480,000+. A new report has also leaked the purported price and storage of the upcoming smartphone.
iQOO Z7 Price in India Leaked
According to a 91mobiles report, citing industry sources, the new iQOO Z7 will come with 6GB/8GB RAM with 128GB storage. The iQOO Z7 will likely have Pacific Night and Norway Blue colorways.
The report adds that the base model with 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage could cost ₹17,999 in India. Just recently, iQOO India’s CEO hinted at a sub-₹20,000 price range for the iQOO Z7.
iQOO Z7 Specifications
The iQOO Z7 5G could sport a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. It will be accompanied by 6GB/8GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.
For camera specifications, the iQOO Z7 5G will have a dual-camera setup at the rear. It will include a 64MP primary camera with OIS. At the front, it could sport a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The iQOO Z7 5G will likely feature a 5,000mAh battery. It will come with support for 44W flash charging. The company claims that the flash charging tech will charge the phone from 1 percent to 50 percent in 25 minutes flat. The device will reportedly boot Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 out of the box.
